How Anxiety affects women!

Anxiety is the main cause of every disease. Anxiety disorders are real, serious medical conditions-just as real as serious as physical disorders. According to a research 264 million people worldwide have an anxiety disorder. Women are nearly twice as likely as men.

There are some lineage of specialized brain cells. The dysfunction in their brain cells which are called Hoxb 8 – lineage microglia, can be linked to anxiety-like behaviours and stress response.

According to an observation relationship is execrated by female sex hormones. As the authors of study wrote; “We show that the severity of the pathology is set by female sex hormones”.

Microglia are the cells that play a critical in the development of brain structures and neural circuity while we are in the womb. There are sublineages of these cells-and that the Hoxb8-lineage represents about 30% of the total microglia in the brain, we are not aware of what they do, they play such a positive role in mental health. It is affecting the upcoming generation.

– Signs and symptoms of anxiety:

  • Increased heart rate.
  • Sense of impending danger, panic or doom.
  • Feeling nervous or irritable.
  • Breathing rapidly, sweating or trembling.
  • Feeling weak or tired.
  • Having trouble sleeping.
  • Difficulty concentrating.

If you suffer such type of things go check the doctor. Women who suffer from anxiety can worsen their health as well as the health of upcoming generations. Girls who are in anxiety are would-be-mothers so in a young age anxiety may harm them by involving them in some kind of disease and may cause a lot of complications in their pregnancy, so avoid it for the sake of upcoming generations.
