Our body also desires to gain lots of nutrients in order to work properly and for long life. Balanced diet gives our body all those compulsory nutrients that it needs. To have a healthy body its very necessary that you should have a balanced diet which comprises of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, lean proteins, but all this is not possible for a person to eat it on daily basis, it requires a lot of time, and money.

Its hard for a low waged person to eat balanced diet as they can not spend this much money on it, if they start doing it they will be left empty handed. I know even supplements are not cheap but if you buy them one vitamin each, will prolong for a month and will cost less money than consuming food.

On the other hand, today in 21st century we are living in a hustle and bustle, we don’t have time for ourselves, in spite of having wealth we don’t have time to prepare an healthy meal at home for ourselves, instead we love to spend money on readymade and junk food and they are definitely not a part of balanced diet.
