10 Yoga Poses to Relieve Back Pain – Avoid Medicines

In such a busy and materialistic life we forget about our breath. Most of the people suffer from back pain due to a lot of work load. The lower back is the sensitive spot where pain is pin pointed. 1. Cat/Cow:

This pose allows the spine to be mobile and relieves the tension in the lower back. This yoga also helps improve posture.

2. Downward facing dog:

The best way to stretch your calves and hamstrings, is the downward dog facing yoga. It allows the pain to release with the stretching of legs.

3. Child Pose:

Child pose takes the pressure off your lower back by elongating the spine, which decompresses it and gives you a nice stretch.

4. Knees to stretch:

This yoga pose relieves tension in the chest and shoulders, also stimulates the abdominal organs which helps to regulate digestion. Relieves stress, fatigue and anxiety.

8. Half lotus twist:

It strengthens and stretches the upper back and the spine. It keeps the knees, ankles and hips mobile. Twisting the torso around the spine bones and detoxifies the abdominal organs.

9. One knee to chest:

This pose calms the mind and rebalances your energy. It helps keep your low back limbs. Makes your body flexible and compact.

10. Plow:

This yoga pose calms the brain, is best for backache, headache, infertility and insomnia. It stretches the shoulders and spine, and releases the pain.
